Mark Polk joined Crest Insurance Group in 2023 and brings more than 15 years of insurance experience to the firm, with expertise in construction, transportation, and oil and gas industries.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Mark began his career building a startup construction company with his brother. After significant growth, the business was successfully sold in 2008. His experience running the company gave him firsthand insight into many of the challenges his clients face today.
Mark specializes in complex and hard-to-place risks and is known for his advocacy on behalf of his clients. He is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and previously served as Executive Director of the Land Improvement Contractors Association (LICA) Mountain States Region.

Ramon Canalas joined Crest Insurance Group in February 2025, specializing in trucking, towing, transportation, and commercial insurance. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise in trucking and transportation risks, as well as a background in agency ownership and business development.
Ramon takes a specialized approach to helping clients navigate the unique risks associated with the transportation industry and develop insurance solutions tailored to their businesses.
